Hatha is most often used to describe gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses. A Hatha yoga class will likely be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginners' poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. Hatha Yoga describes any of the physical practices of yoga. (Remember that yoga has eight limbs, only one of which, asana, involves doing yoga poses).
The stretching and strengthening techniques used in Hatha yoga are an ideal way to make you flexible and strong. Regular yoga exercise helps with confidence and stress. Yoga limbers up your body so it is stronger to cope with the physical demands made upon it, such as carrying shopping. It helps with stress as a good workout relaxes the body and mind. Yoga can also detoxify our body, a total and complete detoxification.
Asanas and physical exercise to align your muscles, bones and skin. Any exercise will help relieve stress by keeping the body healthy and releasing endorphins, natural hormones that make you feel better. Yoga also relieves stress through stretching. When you are stressed, tension is stored in the body making you feel tight and often causing pain. The intense stretching of yoga releases tension from problem areas, including the hips and shoulders. Many people try a Hatha class and love the relaxed feeling; others decide that yoga is too slow and meditative for them. If you fall into the latter category, try power yoga next time for a completely different experience.Check Our other yoga sessions in Dubai: Breathing Yoga | Power Yoga | Meditation Yoga | Kids Yoga |
